We use your data to match your skills with vacancies provided by our corporate clients, introduce you to prospective employers, and manage the recruitment process.

3. Our Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests. As a recruitment agency, it is entirely necessary for our business functions to process professional data to introduce candidates to clients. We balance this against your rights by ensuring we only process data you would reasonably expect us to use for career opportunities.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

​

We only share your CV and details with prospective employers (our clients) after discussing the opportunity with you and gaining your verbal or written agreement.

Your data is stored securely in our cloud-based recruitment database, Bullhorn, which acts as our secure data processor.

5. Data Retention

We retain candidate data for a period of approx. 3 years from our last meaningful contact with you, after which your records are securely deleted or anonymised.

Under UK recruitment regulations, certain activity records must be kept for a minimum of 1 year.

6. Your Rights

​

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold on you, object to our processing, or request that we completely delete your data from Bullhorn.
